Assistant Project Director (Gwadar) (Contractual)
Job Description:
• Establish a project office at the site for monitoring, coordination, and supervision of the Project, under the contract with a consultant(s), contactor(s) and as per prevailing rules and regulations, thereby ensuring that projects are completed as per the timeline and are not stopped at any stage (what so ever, less “Force Majeure” as defined by law).
• Ensure all the clauses agreed in the agreement are complied with. • Interact with government departments and regulatory agencies (as required), ensuring the project complies with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Maintain complete record (in Original) including all approvals/drawings/correspondence etc.
• Initiate approvals for payments of the project duly mentioning acceptance of works/services along with recommendation for release of the payment, approval of concerned authority shall be accorded after taking input of all stakeholders/pre-audit.
• Maintain close liaison with all stakeholders i.e Consultant(s), Contractor(s) (at all stages) etc and record and issue Minutes of Meeting and ensure its follow up, along with updating details to the Management.
• Evaluate periodical progress updates/reports as per actual plan and calling meeting with stakeholders, as and when required, to ensure timely completion of project.
• Explain engineering work (civil, electrical etc) to the stakeholders and ensure its timely completion as per quality standards. • To execute the construction work as per prevailing laws/rules (PPRA, PEC etc).
• Ensure that all bank guarantees are intact and getting the extension (in consultation with Procurement and F&A Dte, where required). • Ensure timely linking of performance bond with work progress and highlight the issue (If any).
• Ensure internal audit, first on completion of 80% work and then on completion of Project. • Initiate approvals for acquiring for non-BOQ items (if any) with comments/recommendation from Competent Authority, well in advance or otherwise.
• Initiate approval for acquiring approval of EOTs – Extension of time (if any) with comments / recommendation from Competent Authority, well in advance or otherwise.
Mandatory Requirements: - • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil works. • Must have supervised more than 5 mega building projects.
Education: - Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
Minimum Qualification Required:
BS (Civil Engineering) (BS (Civil Engineering) (Graduation))
Experience Required
Minimum 15 Years Experience in a related field.
Terms and Conditions:
1. 1. Candidates from Gwadar or neighboring districts will be given preference.
2. The candidate will be selected as a Consultant for a contract period of 2 years (extendable if required).

Director Procurement (Contractual)
Job Description:
The responsibility of the role is to oversee technology-related acquisitions while developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to fulfill the organization’s technological and other needs efficiently.
• Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of the Administration Department and the organization as a whole.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers for administrative goods and services. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality products, and competitive pricing.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions. Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and mitigate risks to the organization.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimizing spending to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Procurement Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualification:- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, or Supply Chain Management from a recognized University.

Experience Required
Minimum 15 Years Experience in a related field.
